Collections update

Juan and Alex We skipped a month payment no communication was sent advising of this but status mark was so quick to let thier collections department to start charging us interest. Being a first time owner in making additional payment thinking of will cover for the month skipped only to find out I'm charged find we settle it as per communication we had an arrangement but we still getting debt collection fee. We send emails we don't get any feedback whatsoever instead we allowed them time after being advised the CEO is not available. So only one persons absence is causing us to have all this mess carrying over and over. We are not being treated fairly, then we will be told black people like pulling a race card what nonsense is it that a business can stop because a CEO needs to authorize just a simple thing I'm sure there is people assigned for that
