Billing Query / Error Still Unresolved

Billing query unresolved more than several weeks later! Sums up the level of customer service on offer!! Then their "so-called returned emails" - with responses were never emailed to me to begin with!! They were emailed else where. So, if you desire accurate billing and efficient customer service I recommend you look elsewhere!
