Billing errors & lack of customer service

Still this business have not reviewed the refund due to me, which is, as far as I am concerned, in error. Neither the CEO nor Head of Portfolios has bothered to provide any reasonable response either. It’s a first for me! Usually service providers will assess/ review and either correct or explain. My recommendation is to steer clear of this business!!!
