Billing and Customer Service Issues

I would definitely avoid this business. They are a law unto themselves. Their fees seem extremely high for the service they offer. Account and billing errors are not rectified. Responses are slow to non existent. There is always an invalid explanation, followed up with “didn’t you get my email” which never arrived!!??? Staff seem sick or out the office often with no designated stand in. Rather do your own billing or hire a known, competent individual!!
