Being ****** of our deposit unfairly (Erinvale Complex)

I have rented property for 4 years and never in my life have i dealt with such a terrible agency. Literally out to milk you for every cent to point where they double charge you on certain stuff and then sugar coat it with their so called procedures. Beware they use every single excuse to keep your deposit. They reply fast to emails when they want you to rent from them, with their over price contractors just to make sure you don’t get what is due to you but life has a funny way of working with this type of dishonesty. Advise: Stay away from Rent A Property lesson learned.
