Bad service

My name is Jarmila Kozisek. I have moved out of an apartment which I was renting through rent a property in Langlaagte. I moved out at the end of February 2022 and hasn't heard anything about my Deposit as yet. I kept on calling and sending emails. The last time I heard from them was on 25 March 2022. The lady that I have been communicating with is Chantell Grewe. She stated that she was waiting on the owner to send her the quotation which was signed off for the things that needed fixing in the apartment. I sent an email on 5 April with no response. This whole experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. I have been waiting for my lawyer to sue for the inconvenience that I was living in and she has been having personal issues,but I am still taking it further. Nobody should ever use rent a property again. I'm still receiving monthly statements from Chantell through Kyle's email address and I asked why they are sending me statements,there was no response as to why I'm still receiving statements.
