I reported to her that my geyser is not working. The owner is responsible for the maintenance so he took long to assist me. Kyla agreed that I can get my own electrician as it was an inconvenience, and will be deducted from the rental amount, which I did and all is sorted now. She is an excellent agent and assists a lot, just that somethings are beyond her control. Keep up the good work Kyla
