Being a fieldworker in Gauteng has been the worst experience ever... Since the beginning of the contract we are push with no motivation or efforts put to show our hard work or commitment to add the cherry on top with all the give task we have no time to ourselves because we need to work 7days a week with no appreciation no any of the team leader checking up on us, this far been the worst experience and worse should one be absent we are taken off the system like dogs while it took us weeks to get the contract signed what confuses me they need more people but they keep kicking people out the system.. Ridiculous
