The experience with their agent a lady called Dilys Ayton of Stats Properties has been absolutely horrible. We lived at a property they manage in Lynnwood Ridge, Pretoria for a year. When bought a house we gave two months notice to leave at expiration of the lease. 31 later after vacating the house we have not received our deposit. She keeps on giving excuses for why the deposit is not being refunded.
