Census is a joke for the workers who didn't receive salary

Good day I am Crystal Brown. I have been working for Stats SA from March 20-25. Then I signed an extension contract from the rest of census being 29 March - 14 April. I was informed we would paid on the 1st May 2022. No payment has been received and when you call their number it's stays busy. I also received 2 numbers from my FOO being the supervisor. They have responded saying payment will be received on the 1st May bit no response again. I send messages not even to be read by them. They are supposed to be National Government. I am a mother of 3 children who needs the money desperately. Please help me get paid ASAP.
