Counting forgotten money via Statssa

I extended my cotract on the 21 April for 5 days doing mop-up. Now I'm waiting for remuneration.I was told to go to Randburg to fill in my contract in again manually.On arrival the offices were closed,so I phoned the call centre to assist me.They referred me back to closed offices.I have bills to pay.Please assist me.
