Most dissatisfactory service

I ordered a Slingbag cover for a cellphone from Statisticm and paid R680 for it on the same day (which was 8th June 2023) with my card. After having sent them about ten enquiries, per email, I have as yet not received the product. They confirmed the following to me on 30th June 2023 "Thanks for reaching out to us. The shipping agent confirmed that your order is still in transit." But I am still waiting. I consider this to be extremely poor service!!!!! They simply try to dodge me with their every reply. The money was paid to them out of my card account and when I confirmed that to them they sent me their admission of receipt.
