Managing Agent ****s people out of their homes

This Managing Agent appeared from thin air, nobody knows who hired him, all of a sudden his managing our Body Corporate and the Residents of Herring Heights, Newlands east durban are in debt for hundreds of thousands because he back logged the levies.and everybody is in arrears! Where on earth did he come from....and is his scheme to repossess people's homes , how can someone just take over a Body Corporate without their permission, residents are angry and at a loss, they have no idea how to resolve this issue.<br> <br> <br> Agent refuses to come and meet with residents.The people have never seem his face, please tell Us what kind of **** this is?
