Terrible Customer service

Terrible customer services. Bought a watch a week later there was no sound coming from the watch. They told me about Louise I don't know and don't care who Louise is because I just want my watch fixed. Instead they kept ignoring me its been 3 weeks since they've been waiting for Louise I'm sure she went to a vacation unannounced 😂
