Poor product quality
I bought a smar****ch and was damaged because of water . How is it possible that a smar****ch get damaged by water yet it has swimming options ? I returned the watch and this is the response :
Good morning. We have tested the watch, but unfortunately there is definitely water damage that can not be repaired. Colmi will unfortunately not replace the watch in such a case, but we would like to assist by offering R400 discount on replacing the watch with a another watch of your choice. Let us know if you would like to proceed with that.

The IP68 water resistance rating of the watch has limitations and is not fully waterproof under all conditions, which is why we clearly advise against swimming or showering with the watch on our website, even though it has a swimming activity in the options. You also specified that the watch was submerged while doing laundry, which is very different to swimming. I think that our offer of R400 discount to replace the watch was quite generous under the circumstances, but we are willing to increase this to 50% discount on any smart watch in our shop if that will help.

24 Mar 2023, 13:22Laundry is as good as swimming as I was only rinsing after the machine watch actually its better than swimming . It's not generous as I have not seen anything quoting that it's not advisable to swim or shower with the watch as I explained before I had a smar****ch I bought R300 and did all water activities with it and have never encountered this disaster .
