Great Customer Service

Such great customer service, bought a watch with them earlier this year, the watch buckle broke and I couldn't get it fixed anywhere. Upon my contacting them via email, Chris texted me informing me that they will be sending me a replacement buckle "for free" and that took less that 2 days.
