Dubery sunglasses - do not buy them...

I had written a review on these products then removed it due tome feeling bad for Chris. Then the retorts came and i thought" you will not get away with this" People have a right to know what they are getting into.

I cleaned the glasses with Sunlight Liquid ( which apparently - you cannot )..I have been using this practise for many many years and no outcome to date - except these sub quality glasses.

All the tint came off.

I asked for a refund and another pair was sent.... WHY ?

I found out that the glasses cost about $ 4 ( yes - four dollars - about R70-00 ) The price is R 599.00 This is why he did not want to give me a refund.

People do NOT waste your money - this is the biggest ******* i have ever witnessed.

@ Chris -You can have your second pair of " **** " sunglasses - they will not be worn.

What an utter disappointment of the product and the business approach to ripping people off......

Dear Lance, we are sorry to see such a bad review, but this is not quite what happened. You did not ask for a refund, you asked what our policy is on this and despite the fact that Sunlight Liquid could have caused the problem we offered to replace the sunglasses free of charge, to which you agreed. Only after we already shipped the item did you suddenly bring up refund for the first time. There were also no "retorts" from our side, we simply responded factually to the unfair review you posted. Your malicious comment about the cost price of the product is in my opinion way out of line and clearly has some misconceptions, so I don't think it is worth responding to that.
