Bad service,broken promises,unprofessional

I bought a rose Gold watch online order:47761 only when it arrived the strap was pink,I communicated with statement watches on WhatsApp and they told me they will replace it with a watch of my choice but only to find out that the watch of my choice is out of stock I returned the watch on the same day and I asked for a full refund of my money because the watch I want was not on stock that was Friday 2nd of feb 2024 but I received and email on the sat the 03rd of February to say a watch which I specifically said I do not want has been ordered order no:47841 to replace my other one and for a less amount,I requested them to please refund my money because that’s not the watch I want but since then I haven’t had any response from them,they don’t respond to WhatsApp messages and emails,I want my money statement watches your return policy said if you return the watch within 7 days you qualify for a full refund.
