I bought a watch it's not working they said it have warranty how ever when i call them to tell that its not working they say they can spend money to ship it back to them as it is costly to do so

Dear Skhulile. We are sorry that you feel that way, but let's provide all the facts-

Our warranty policy states that we will collect the item if a problem is experienced in the first 30 days after it was delivered. You purchased this watch more than 5 months ago.
We offered to cover the cost of repairing or replacing the watch under warranty as well as the cost of delivering it back to you, all you had to do was send the watch to us for assessment.

That's not the honest truth you policy doesn't state mention that you only collect within the 1st 30 days how ever the watch gave me problem the very 1st time I received I stil have the messages I sent you .

Your team even mentioned that it's costly to ship Back the watch for to repair
