Funeral policy ****

Early last year my mom heard an advert on Lesedi FM chomane chomanes show for State Life funeral policy,she the decided to take out a policy for my grandmother.All our premiums have been paid and policy was up to date.Last week on the 14th of June my grandmother sadly passed away.We then contacted the claims department in sunninghill on *** and spoke to the company secretary Katekani Mangwane.We submitted all required documentation on the 15th Of June at about 16h55 to avoid further dealys.Katekani confirmed the payout will be within 48hrs.On Wednesday the 17th we finalised all paprerwork and she submitted for payment.Today is the 26th of June and we STILL HAVE NOT BEEN PAID OUT OUR POLICY MONEY.I borrowed money to bury my grandmother in hopes that State life will pay what is due.Weve been told lies by Katekani and her boss Morena Mocholo.On Monday the 22nd we went to their offices in Sunninghill and they promised to pay us our money on the 23rd but nothing,I phoned again on the 24th and Kate said her boss told her he paid,I asked for proof of payment and to date there is NONE.Please help us,Im in financial trouble because of this,they keep LYING to us over and over.
