SITA Registration Bad Service

I have been trying to register with SITA for the past 3 years, I have sent them several emails, went to their offices in East London, sent an inbox on facebook and calls but they never gave me a straight answer. I delt with a few individuals which they kept refering to each other and sending emails back and forth then no results, I was awareded a tender in Novermber 2018 and because of SITA(which I'm not regestered with) it was declined though I had order number confirmation. After 3 years of battling with them my question still remain: How do I register with SITA database for IT services?
