Ronald from Stat finance is pathetically ***********

I contacted this company in hopes of getting vehicle finance. They called me back and insisted that they could help me. I explained to them that my company is less than 2years old and if this was going to be an issue then I do not want to do a application. Again they insisted they could help and asked for my documents. I sent my documents to a consultant by the name of Ronald, i then told him once again after he had looked at my documents that if it’s will get declined then I don’t want to submit a application, he said I don’t see a reason for it getting declined. He proceeded with my application and even got another gentleman to call me to get my information. They went silent for 2days and then when I enquired about what’s happening they said they will call me back and that took another day. They finally get back to me and guess what my application is declined because of my business age. Now I’m in the phone with the same guy that assured me I have nothing to worry about so I tell him that this is not what he promised and proceeds to say “I don’t have time for your ****” and then hangs the phone up on me. This is the worst service I’ve ever received and I hope Stat finance can sort out their *********** staff like Ronald. How do you hire someone that will tell a potential customer such in such language. I will be taking this to the finance ombudsman and my business will be impacted negatively because of such incompetence. Hopefully Stat finance will train there staff on manners and phone etiquette.
