Unhappy new firstime customer

I'm not happy at all, placed my order Friday and was promised to receive my deliveries as soon as my payment reflect on their account. Payment was confirmed to reflect Saturday morning around 11, its now Monday evening and my calls and masseges are ignored and no delivery received. I'm shocked, angry and disappointed with their service. First time customer and I don't think I would love working with them going forward.
