Formal complaint against Starview Satellite

I have a formal complaint against Starview Satellite.<br> <br> I contacted the installer on the number *** on Saturday 18:26. I asked if they have a single-view LNB in stock and he gave me a price which I queried, as it was the same as a dual-view LNB. He proceeded to tell me to **** off and didn't speak to me further.<br> <br> I attempted to call him about 10x times but he refused to take my call. <br> <br> I know this installer is not employed by Multichoice, but surely treating a client this way cannot be acceptable. I would like to know what form of recourse I can expect for from Multichoice as this man representing you is definitely a liability
