Worst service ever experienced

<p>A few months back,July to be exact I contacted the folder of StartUp Foundation,A business which claims to help start up companies get started,they had a special with regards to business registration,BEE certificate and SARS,Paid their requested amount with no hesitation and sent my proof of payment,little did I know that 5months later I would be running behind their back for the same thing,a month passed by and there was no communication from them,I had to be the one always calling to find out what is happening,The Founder Sandile Shabangu ********** 308 at some point was out of the country and advised one the people he works with will contact me but that was another promise which never happened,when he came back,he called after numerous times of me contacting him and he promised he would deal with it directly and even promised a ticket to some exclusive business expo and up to 10 email domains and website and yet again that was another promise not fulfilled,As usual I kept on contacting him to find out what is happening but I kept getting promises which we never fulfilled until October that's when I saw something happening when I would get sms's from the Cipc in regards to the registration and they finally sent an email advising the company is registered but there was a system error with the Cipc which resulted in the company name not being linked to the company number but they have logged it with Cipc and it should be resolved in a few hours,till today I'm still waiting for my registration certificate and BEE,and yes I'm still the one who is always contacting him to find out what is happening only to be fed lies and emails which claims to be documents but there's no attachments on it,and sometimes my calls go unanswered or his phone is off,it really amazes me that I can't resolve this with him as the founder of the company,what more his employees.</p>
