Instagram iPhone ****

I saw an add on Instagram of this page selling discounted iPhones.the seller had 17K followers. Had pics and everything of people getting phones etc. I ordered and iPhone 11 pro for R2000. I paid and they took my details and said I will get it tomorrow. A few hours later I asked about delivery time. They then asked me to send another 1000 and they will send me an iPhone 12 pro. I said no. The person now does not reply to me and is ignoring me. They go by the name of S.ngcobo with a cell number of ***. They are ******** and I have reported their Instagram page. My bank couldn't do anything as they withdraw the money already.
