Startrek Electrical - Electrical Certificate of Compliance ****

We are the latest to be ****med by Ian Dobson of Startrek Electrical. His contact number is ********** , which he doesn't answer. Funds have been paid in full, and he is nowhere to be found.

He doesn't do any work himself and leaves it to his workers. Some work has been completed by his workers, to give you the confidence that there is progress. He then claims that the work is complete and that payment is due. Upon investigation, most of the work paid for has not been done.

We have confirmed from the department of labour that Ian's registration as an electrical contractor has been withdrawn. There is an investigation underway against him concerning the non-compliance of certificates of compliance he has been issued.

We now have to pay another electrician to do the work again.
