Not Willing to acknowledge error in calculations

The first statement of account was issued with bridging finance.signed and accepted although the amount was incorrect. After 34 days it was to be settled and second statement given with additional amount for deduction and bridging financing calculations were incorrect. When brought to the attention, I was then refunded portion thereof and told not to contact them again. Where is the honesty ?
