DISGUSTING SERVICE

If you think that you have dealt with worse companies, try dealing with "Start2Finish Consultants"!

Not only was i promised to be contacted within 7days by their vumatel installers to come and install fibre in my house but their senior by the name of Andrew Bafana Mgijima insulted my intelligence.

I had paid for my fire and was told that I will be contacted within 7days and 3 passed after I had paid for my fibre and no contact was made and I sent people to their office to go and enquire since I'm unable too due to work but they were still not being assisted until I went to their office myself to give them a piece of my mind and to my surprise the so called director there had a nerve to tell me that he will deal with me as I refused to listen to any explanation they tried to give and reason being that i had paid for the service that was not delivered to me and its been 3weeks already of not being assisted.

With all that being said and me informing them that no installer has attempted to make any contact with me, the stupid director had a nerve AGAIN to tell me that I do not answer my phone and read my mails so what do I expect and left me hanging there by the reception and told his sales people to leave me there.

After waiting for so long, one of his sales people later noticed that my number was captured incorrectly including my email address and guess what the same uneducated director had no decency to come out from his office to apologize to me as their client for their error yet I tried several times to show him that they have captured all my details incorrectly!

I support black people businesses but I will never and I mean never allow such treatment from a black person just because I'm also a black person and being treated like I'm in a government institutions begging for service delivery!

If a white and Indian person can give me respect as a black women and deliver good customer service then who the hell is Andrew Bafana Mgijima who thinks I'm one of his sales people that report to him!

Yes I have heard complains about this company and never entertained it until I had to face problems with them, I will not allow that company to operate yet it's still giving people bad disgusting service with their director who prouds himself with such service yet people have paid their own money!

Vumatel has no offices in townships but they have contracts with it and as a customer if I have a problem I will need to go to them as they represent vumatel and they are the ones selling!

I thought that I have seen or dealt with worse companies in South Africa but trust me "Start2Finish Consultants" takes the trophy in this country! Those offices must be closed with immediate effect!
