Start properties

Hi guys I would like to know. 1. Can start properties charge me for carpet cleaning? When I moved in the carpets were not cleaned. 2. They want me to pay rental for a month that i did not occupy the premises? Why? 3. I asked to purchase the unit at least twice with no response from them. I have now bought a place and they are showing their true colours. The owner contacted me and said that she was never informed of my intention to purchase as she wanted to sell, especially after she also received poor service from them.

What are my chances? I do not wish to be exploited. All I need is my deposit refunded without the final amount rental as well as the carpet fees. I am Happy to.pay for electricity as well as oven cleaning.
