Unacceptable Service from Start My Car Benoni

In 2023 I bought a battery from Start My car with a 2 year warranty. 2024 the battery started smelling funny and releasing acids around it. on the 3rd of Sep 2024 I took the battery back to them, they claimed the battery will first need to sent out for testing and then I will know if the fault it's with the battery or my car which i had no issue with that. It's been close to a month nobody has contacted me to give me feedback, Calls are not being answered and who ever is responding to my emails is telling me they will enquire but no commitment to the date. At this point I am not interested anymore I just want my battery back so I can go buy a new battery in a reputable shop.
