Unacceptable Service from Start My Car

I am deeply disappointed in the service I received from Start My Car Online Order. The product I received was faulty, I informed Start My Car via email the faulty product was collected by courier, despite numerous attempts to address the issue through email correspondence, I have encountered unprofessionalism at every turn. Not only have I not received a refund for the faulty item, but the item was also collected by courier to be returned to them. The lack of transparency and accountability is appalling. The email responses I have received are impersonal, lacking any indication of a real person behind the communication. I strongly urge everyone to reconsider using Start My Car Online Order. Their lack of customer care and substandard products are simply not worth the frustration and disappointment. Their advertising department also automatically added my email address to their mailing list, and I receive countless annoying advertising emails.
