Poor Service from Ryno @ Starspine Services.

<p>On the 1st of June we received a quote from Ryno Viljoen at Starspine Services, the very next day we paid the full amount for the quotation (R5360). Ryno kept promising to come do the job and only ended up coming a few days later to start the job, He only finished work to the value of R2310. After sending him numerous messages and trying to phone him to come finish the job, he is just ignoring us. He doesnt respond to messages and does not answer the phone when we call. It is now 29 days later and he still hasnt completed the job. The work outstanding is tp the value of R3050. </p>
