Apologies far a angry and unfair report

July 2015 I submitted a very angry and disappointed report about Star skylights and waterproofing,<br> The agents and owner were not entirely truthful about the roof problems but used a guarantee as a selling mechanism.<br> Naturally at first I did not believe Jeff when he explained the problems cause i saw it as an excuse to pass the buck and listened to what the previous owner.<br> The previous owner had certain hail damage repairs that needed to be don which he did not do and obviously with time the damages escalated,of which he was not around to experience.<br> Eventually after getting roof specialists in,they confirmed exactly what Jeff pointed out concerning the problems.<br> problem 1)there were not enough water drainage pipes<br> 2)the pipes in the roof were not wide enough<br> 3)the roof gradient was only 3 degrees and the minimum had to be 8 degrees.<br> The only way to resolve the problem was to install a new roof.<br> There is still a part of the roof which is waterproofed and Jeff gladly repaired the few faults caused by hail damage.<br> I need to apologize once again for not trusting his expertise and complaining on this site and thank his team for their professionalism<br> <br> <br>
