Rental nightmares with Rentals 4 Bloem

This review is as a result of me having had enough of this company! We rented a flat from said company in Bloemfontein from the 1st February 2018. It has been extremely difficult to get them to do anything that needs to be done but they have taken our rent every month. We waited two months for them to fix broken light fittings and a broken toilet seat. A month after we moved in, our flat was burgled. In a so called secure complex with cell to gate access. We requested burglar bars and security gates. I am still waiting for this to happen and we put in the request on the 1st March. We are also currently living with a leak in our bedroom ceiling, this has yet to be repaired. It was a threat to withhold payment of rent that has seen them at least fix the lights and the toilet!
