Staroar Logistics - never again.

I dealt with Mark and arranged for a 9am pickup in PTA. I confirmed the pickup time with him the day before. At 11am I asked Mark where the driver was, as he had not yet arrived. He then sent me the drivers number to contact directly. Turns out the the driver was not even aware of the pickup time because Mark never told him. Mark has no business ethics but is very quick to call for immediate payment. The driver only arrived 2pm. I will never again do business with Staroar Logistics, and in view, neither should anyone else.
