Since the accident my vehicle has not yet been ser

December 2015, my vehicle was damaged by an employee of north west star. As i did not have r3000 excess for my insurance, i opted for a third party claim. I submitted all the requested documents to Mr Lee of santam insurance on the 9th of April 2015, ref mot/1415/003943/mv. Since April 2015 i have been calling Mr mndayi the broker on *** and Ms izzy ra debe of North west star on *** regarding my claim and every time i called it's one answer only, we are still waiting for the client to pay the sec 2 excess. Possibility exist that i might be involved in another accident which will aggravated the current situation. We are now already approaching December and i am not getting any service from these people. Please intervene and assist me as i don't know what should I do, except for me to go personally at this offices and i don't want to take these route as i will definitely loose my job if i can visit these people by myself. So am pleading with you, help me
