Poor service by starlight funerals rustenburg

Very very dissapointing service by the above-mentioned funeral scheme,my mother in law paid them since 2011, but the failed to serve her with dignity,the failed to provide family car,they didn't have chairs for the bereaved,it was a real disaster,disgrace see people standing with their feet under their tent,those people owe us a huge refund,they gave us half of the benefit saying wen de old man reach 65 his cover drops,but we didn't know,they are very *****.they send the andries guy to play dirty game,we will definitely report them to ombudsman
