Warranty not honoured and theft of battery.

Unfortunately after 6 months one of my N Energy 4.8kw 48v batteries have underperformed giving 60% functionality. Having sent back the battery early Dec 2023 for evaluation I am now unable to receive a replacement or my battery back. It seems they have taken the battery and used it on another project. Creflo Musenga is not honouring the warranty at all so far.
