Starker Ayres Sells Inferior Products & Has "NO" Care For Customers

I purchased a pack of Starke Ayres Okra & another of Hot Pepper seeds from Queensburgh Checkers approx 3 months ago, planted both seeds in trays, of the 60 okra seeds only 5 germinated & the 60 pepper seeds not a single one grew, on 27/09/2017 I contacted the company & spoke to Angus, who said “they would probably replace the packs” & other than my contact number he didn’t ask for any other details either mine or product’s, spoke to somebody from their Pmb branch on 06/10/2017, who informed me that a rep would visit when in the area, to date no contact has been made by the company while they have my cash and I have useless/inferior/dud seeds/product sold by them.
