Unprofessional/bad

This garage has the most unprofessional staff ever they sell vehicles thats faulty and they are 100% aware of it,we bought a bakkie from them in March and went on holiday...we experienced difficulties with the starter of the bakkie and had nou other choice but to replace it, I've been sending them emails it's now a month but not even one of the staff have the audacity to communicate with us, this garage is a nothing bud bad
