unprofessional treatment

we are a beyond unhappy with this garage. We bought a vehicle from them in March, we decided to go on holiday to cape Town, on a Saturday afternoon my husband to a shop, after a hour i called him to here where he is, he than informed my the bakkie does not want to start at all, we thought its maybe the key and bought batteries but sill nothing, we called people to assist us seeing that we are far from where we stayed.. only to discovered that the starter is broken. we had to buy a new starter and a call out fee. bare in mind the bakkie was not even 2weeks with us. we stay in Upington 800km from Cape Town, what would have happen if we got stuck on the road with my kids in the vehicle? I sent an email on the 3rd of April 2024 explaining to them what happen I attached all receipts but no reply i sent another email this morning on the 18th only to hear that they will ask after sales to attend. first we unhappy with the whole starter problem secondly they are highly unprofessional.
