SELL CARS WITH PROBLEMS

I purchased Kia Rio year model 2014 at Stargate Auto. I collected the vehicle on Friday 02/12/2022 afternoon. the sales consultant Solly at Stargate Auto confirmed that the vehicle was in excellent condition and was serviced but the vehicle had many problems within 24hours after collection. On the 03/12/2022 The car got stuck while driving it and did not start anymore we had to call the insurance to tower the car to storage.

I advised the dealership that I would like to cancel the contract with them however they advised that they need to assess the car first with the 3rd Party Workshop. Which I delivered the car back to them on the 09Dec2022; I only received feedback from the company on the 28Dec2022. They asked that I should not cancel the transaction & would like to be given a chance to fix the car, according to them the car having problems was not due to negligence from their side however they advised this in their own words that they are currently stripping the head of of the car. I still advised that I would like to continue to cancel and I haven't received any feedback. Please assist.
