After purchasing the house I found this type of sale agreement to be invalid in KZN.</p> <p>Since then I have noticed a roof leak which my lawyers are attending to. </p> <p>All Shape Roofing / Stardust Roofing has been kind enough to provide me with a quotation and roofing report. </p> <p>Out of 3 Quotations All Shape Roofing / Stardust Roofing had sent through the most favourable quotation.</p> <p>After receiving the quotation I then decided to award them the job. </p> <p>When they arrived on site every member of the team knew exactly what to do. </p> <p> </p> <p>There was no lazing around</p> <p>Everyone was willing to work</p> <p> </p> <p>The Project commenced on the 05 November 2016.</p> <p>So far I have experienced great workmanship an excellent customer care.</p> <p> </p> <p>Will follow up during the project. </p> <p> </p>
