Bad service and worse attitude

I contacted Starck to look at a gate with a broken wheel and a faulty gate motor. The guys welded the broken wheel back on and replaced some fuses in the motor. The following day the motor didn't work again. The repair report was suspicious, and the charge was quite high. The repair people didn't pitch to fix the motor the second time even though it was confirmed in the morning. When I raised this with the owner of the company he got extremely rude.
