Worst service-Starbucks Eastgate

Good Day, I am calling to complain about the appalling service encountered at your East gate branch this afternoon. The person assisting me rushed us as I had may daughter with me and she is still her decision on what to get,I then asked him for recommendations on which drink to get for my daughter who is 8 years old,he rolled his eyes dismissively and suggested a frapppuchino,I asked for and additional croissant butter,which I requested TWICE and he still gave me a chocolate croissant!!! He then loudly complained to next customer. I am cognisant of the fact that we may have caused a bit of a delay but a little patience for a little one. I am terribly disappointed.I an not willing to return to that Starbucks. I was served(According to till slip attached)by Kevin Nhlala If you need further clarity,kindly call me @ ***
