Worst service ever

There were only myself and another customer in the queue at the Somerset Mall branch and it cashier decided to have a more than 5 minute conversation with the customer before even taking her order. When i decided to walk, then and only then did they acknowledged me and ran after the me to then want to take my order. I declined because it is utterly unacceptable for staff to have long conversations with clients while their are clients waiting in queue.
