What an unpleasant service from Starbucks Canal, employees complaining that I’m here to redeem a voucher and how it is not doing anything for theM in their poockets.

What an unpleasant service I have received just now from Starbucks Canal Walk. When I entered they were informing each other that I am there to redeem my voucher, and the other staff member was like “ yho girl they know you by the bad thing to redeem a voucher “ and how they were venting that these vouchers aren’t making money for them, and how they would like my company that I am working for to close down, as this collaboration isn’t making money with them. They said when we go to redeem vouchers we are not making money for them. I took offence, I was so amaze for such **** service before I start my day.

Canal walk Starbucks is so abusive to an extent that a friend of mine doesn’t even go and buy anything from this Starbucks.

I have spent so much money at Starbucks and I am a client of them and Wow I am so disappointed.
