Watery Cafe latte

Well, i have ordered a Venti cafe latte with 3 sweetners, coffee/water arrived luke warm no sweetner and very very very weak. This is Starbucks Brooklyn Pretoria. This by the way is the second time i have ordered there and completely disappointed. Now Go to Starbucks Zambezi Junction those people are on top of their game they are on point pitty i couldnt wait, should have gone to woolworths to buy my latte. Poor poor poor Starbuck from Brooklyn Pretoria
