Very bad service.

On 06 April i visited Starbucks at Mal of Africa. I must say that im very dissapointed with the service delivery that i have received. They are running a promotion on the java chip fruppacino but the order cant be given as they dont have reusable cups. Then i wanted to order a caramel fruppacino and they said they are out of caramel syrup so they also cant give me the order. So i ordered something else. Upon arrival of my order the barista just shouts your name and slam your drink on the counter and turns around and continues to complete other orders without greeting or making sure the correct customer gets the correct order. I hope that in they future they will be better prepared and give their staff the necessary training skills to work with customers.
